I love what I do. I enjoy meeting with clients and helping them figure out next steps and actions to help them move toward the goals they have for themselves.

When I am not working with clients, I get to do another favorite activity of mine: learn. 

I am of the belief that each day we should learn something new. Something that can help us move forward in any area of our life.

If we aren’t learning…how can we get better???

We have several key resources that provide articles, videos, webinars, etc. to keep us informed, questioning, developing new skills and getting better as a coach.

One such resource focuses on women. It’s called Girls Gone Strong. They do a great job of explaining topics and breaking it down to simple forms. Much like our Precision Nutrition resources. They often work together as well.

Our job is to help simplify that information for you so that you have a plan for your goals.

When it feels like there are too many things to work on, it can be easier to not take any action at all. But that won’t help you get to your goals.

No one wants to give up everything as they worker to get stronger, leaner or faster. Here is a great perspective to consider as you get started on your journey.
