Simplifying Information

I love what I do. I enjoy meeting with clients and helping them figure out next steps and actions to help them move toward the goals they have for themselves.

When I am not working with clients, I get to do another favorite activity of mine: learn.

I am of the belief that each day we should learn something new. Something that can help us move forward in any area of our life.

If we aren’t learning…how can we get better???

We have several key resources that provide articles, videos, webinars, etc. to keep us informed, questioning, developing new skills and getting better as a coach.

One such resource focuses on women. It’s called Girls Gone Strong. They do a great job of explaining topics and breaking it down to simple forms. Much like our Precision Nutrition resources. They often work together as well.

Below are a couple of articles that really hit home with me so I wanted to share them with you.

There is a lot of i
nformation out there. And that can cause confusion about where to begin, what to do, how to do it, etc.

Our job is to help simplify that information for you so that you have a plan for your goals.

Check out these articles for a different perspective.

Have you heard…you have to eat these foods or don’t eat these foods if you want to lose weight?

When it feels like there are too many things to work on, it can be easier to not take any action at all. But that won’t help you get to your goals.

No one wants to give up everything as they worker to get stronger, leaner or faster. Here is a great perspective to consider as you get started on your journey.

As a coach, I am a work in progress. Learning new things every day and learning new ways to work with you as our clients.

I am sharing these thoughts with the hope that they can help YOU think differently about making the changes they want in their life.

Let me know how I can help get you started!
