Food & Exercise While Sick

Yesterday I started to get the feeling that I might be coming down with something. Heavy head and sore throat along with being pretty tired.

The flu and various other things are both going around everywhere this year. Not fun.

A couple of questions that may come up when you’re sick:

  • What should I eat?
  • Should I exercise?

A number of variables could impact the answer to these questions.

I’ve been drinking a lot of water and will drink some green tea this afternoon. Soup is on the menu for lunch and for dinner.

I may take a quick walk later this evening to get some fresh air.

    I feel so bad when I get sick….I have always said so long as you feel like it and you aren’t vomiting, workout if you want to! A nice walk is a great idea
