Crazy to think February is wrapping up already. A sixth of the year is now on the books.
Did you set goals for yourself? Where do you stand with your goals?
Were any of the goals related to fitness and nutrition?
Is so did you consider how ready, willing and able are you to make these changes?
Think about these three questions:
How ready are you to change?
How willing are you to change?
How able are you to change?
How ready are you?
Think about why you reached out to us originally.
Are you tired of the way things are? Or are your old habits still working out for you?
Rate yourself from 1 – 10 on how ready you are.
How willing are you?
Think about how open you are right now to changing your mindset, habits, and routines.
Are you willing to trust a new process? Or do you hate being told what to do?
Rate yourself from 1 – 10 on how willing you are.
How able are you?
Sometimes we are ready and willing, but they are obstacles in front of us.
What is preventing you from changing right now? (a hectic schedule, unsupportive environment, young kids)
Rate yourself from 1 – 10 on how able you are.
There are no right or wrong answers to these questions. It is another perspective for you to consider as you are trying to decide what to do to eat, live and move better.
It is hard to make fitness and nutrition changes. There is so much information (good and bad) out there how do you know where to start? Who to trust?
You will face resistance as you work toward making the decision and then again once you’ve committed and started practicing the new behaviors. It is a part of the process.
Recognizing the resistance is important so that you don’t sabotage your decisions and your progress.
When you are ready, willing and able…I would love to partner with you on your road to better health.
Our approach is a slow and steady one. We will provide the tools you need to be successful in achieving your goals for the long term. We will educate, guide and support you, but the choices along the way are yours to make.
We want to help you feel confident and strong with the new choices you decided to make as a healthier person.
You have to make the decision that now is the time, and that you are going to commit to making these changes now so that you can…(fill in with your goals) in the future.
Let me know how I can help!
