It’s been a year since I established LEAN Changes For You. In some ways it’s hard to believe it’s only a year while in other ways it’s gone by so quickly. I guess that’s how it goes with anything.
So this time last year I thought I knew what I was doing. And I did generally speaking. After spending some quality time with a few great coaching mentors, I was able to create a game plan and execute that over this last year.
Now I know who I want to help and how I can help them. That’s huge!
So it’s very exciting to be able to take what I’ve learned and put it into action over the next couple of months.

I help women who have chosen running as their primary form of exercise on their health and wellness journey. This may include things such as losing weight, regaining
It doesn’t matter what stage of running your in right now. We can get you to where you want to be by co-creating a plan for YOU that works within YOUR life.
Maybe you are a walker who has tried to run, but struggled to figure things out. I have a list of things we’ll work on to get you to that first 5K. We do this slowly and methodically so we don’t overwhelm you or change too much at once.
If you’re a more advanced runner, the plan would highlight more about a training program to get you to your full or half marathon goals…maybe a personal record that’s been tough to hit.
There are no magic pills in this process, but it is digging down and figuring out what’s keeping you from those goals so we can remove the obstacles and make the process enjoyable along the way.
LEAN encompasses all aspects of our lives: lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition. They all need to be working for your goals and not against them. That’s what YOUR plan will do.
